Well....... not really!

But, I did buy a couple of Internet sites and if I can make my money back on them then I will be a happy camper!

I ran into a guy last fall that had a site called blogscanada.ca and although it was a great site with lots of info on any and all blogs Canadian, he had neglected it for a few years and it was so out of date that the hits on the site had declined to about 500 a day! (They were in the thousand at one point!)

I contacted him to see what he was doing with the site and he said that he was far too busy with other stuff but he owned blogscoanada.ca/com/net/org plus the four French versions bloguescanada.ca/com/net/org and would I be interested in buying them?

I wasn’t too interested at the time, since I also had other irons in the fire, but then I got a line on canadablogs.ca/com/net/org as well, and figured that I could use “Blogs Canada” as an “Aggregator” (sort of a yellow pages of all the blogs in Canada) and then “Canada Blogs” as a showcase for the top blogs in each different category displayed in Blogs Canada.

So, dear readers, your humble author has been busy the last few weeks buying these 12 sites and for anyone in Canada who would like to be listed for free, just wait about a week until I get things rolling and then log in and let us know the name of your blog and what it’s all about!

It will be great advertising for you, and best of all........ it’s free!
